Marinated grilled elk tenderloins wrapped in bacon. Served with an excellent Paringa shiraz.

It was. And *very* tender.......... :drool:

And the Paringa was killer. Less than $10, too.

Nice! I haven't tried Elk yet, but it is on my list of tastey meats that need to be tried.

We were lucky. One of my riding buddies got an elk last year and my wife traded portrait photos of their new baby for the tl's. :cheers:

Nice! I hunt deer but haven't aspired to hunting elk, moose or bear...maybe I should!
