It was a beautiful morning for a ride. A little cool, but no need for long sleeves. I've had to push my ride time to 6am, since its still very dark at 5:30. Oh well. White Ranch is a little more popular than Apex in the morning. There were already 3 cars in the lot when I pulled up. Here's a view of Golden/Denver off in the distance:

I decided on a shorter route since I my ride time has been cut to only 1 hour, so I climbed Belcher to the intersection with Shorthorn and did the Shorthorn > Longhorn > Whippletree loop back to Belcher.

Looking north/northeast on Longhorn:

Looking back up Longhorn from the intersection with Whippletree:

Looking north, from where I just came:

White Ranch is about 20 minutes from downtown proper. Depending, of course, where in "downtown" you live..........
