Any chance of building a new cheap ss?

Hey. I'm heading back to High School for another year of pain :nopity: , but this year I'm biking. I need help finding a decent ss frame and parts, but with as little cost as humanly possible. I work at a bike shop, so if it's from Quality Bike Products, that would be sweet. My goal: under $200 for the whole thing if it's possible. (not including tires or grips).

yeah under 200 is going to be tough even with shop support...maybe try craigslist or garage sales...D

I am building up a free SS off parts that are given/ loaned indefafnitly to me, it just takes patients and being the first one to claim good throw away parts.
