They came on Sunday late afternoon. 25 pounds of peachy goodness! And we're already about 1/3 of the way through 'em. :(

Gotta get 50 pounds next year, dammit!

I grew up with several peach and apple trees in the yard. The only thing better than going out in the back yard for a snack was throwing the rotting groundfall at my brother and neighbors. Do you know how far you can whip an apple having pierced it on one of those fiberglass bike flag poles? Answer: very very far.

yea throwing apples that are stuck on sticks is the ****! We used to be able to get pretty accurate... never tried anything besides sticks though. I can imagine that a fiberglass pole would work extremely well

never tried the sticks, but the surgical tubing water balloon launcher sure did the trick.

Mmmm....... fresh peaches off the tree would kick a$$!

I think I know what to do with some of these peach pits. :sneaky:

Well, we finished the 25 lb box in 6 days. Luckily my buddy is going back to Palisade this weekend and is going to get another box! :thumb:

 I just had some tasty peaches today! Made some waffles for breakfast and topped them with a mixture of sliced peaches and a few toasted pecans!
