ok so i own a faith one and ive heard of a lot of people flipping the rocker arm of the rear linkage. what exactly does this accomplish?
more travel, less travel?

lower bottom bracket, and slacker head angle.

but that's all i know. A remember a few threads about it. A search will get you more info.

seems like it may lower the leverage ratio and raise the spring rate, but im just guessing

yes people do it. changes geometry primarily, makes it a little more dh oriented if i recall correctly. dunno about change leverage ratios. scrounge around the DH forum, the information is there.
