ya i don't have much $$. What is a good high quality complete full suspension freeride bike and trail bike under $1000? Maybe good for a little climbing and xc also.

You'll have a hard time finding a high quality FS bike for that cheap. You might be able to find one used on the forums but even that is diffucult. You could get a much better quality freeride styled hardtail for that much. Something like building up an Evil Imperial or Sovereign.

i agree a hardtail would be much better quality for that price new. i like transition bikes.. maybe take a look at them.

A Giant AC! You can get one for around $900-950.

The Aniki is a pretty good intro FS bike if you're just getting into freeriding. It doesn't have the greatest components, which would need upgrading sooner or later. The Ojiki is better spec'd but above your price range and so is the Kumicho. I'd be surprised if the Kumicho would be a good bike for XC but for FR/DH it would be great.

^That might be pretty hard unless he's willing to go over $1000.
EDIT:And i think they might have stopped making the AC? I might be wrong but you're right, it's not on their site.
