Heh - yup I've got a bunch printed in old-skool black and white too.
Skarfin' Material had some of the best stuff or most disguting things known to man... still a great way to eat on a budget.:D

Dude skarfin material was so gross. Remember big Pierre? from SF? He used to down bottles of tabasco after eating live crabs straight from the bay. We were hangin' at EMB one night and Pierre comes out of the first in a row of porta-potties and he has this huge grin on his face and can't stop laughing and pointing at the portapotty...ten seconds later the first one goes up in a blaze of fiery dung. Apparently he stuffed the scent chute with tp and lit it up. Remember I said it was a row of port-a-potties? yeah, they all melted to the earth by the time the fire department showed up.
That place was crazy back in the day man.

...Lol - nope I never knew the guy being an Eastsider and all (New Jersey) ... but I've heard and read things though.:)
Skarfin' Material wasn't THAT bad..... was it?:help:
I remember one particularly tasty recipe for home fries that involved lots of salt, garlic and chili powder...
...but then again this is coming form a guy who used to use the "Condiment Kitchen" all the time at the base lodge whenever I went snowboarding with my friends.
