unknown play..

Ok so im having a problem, when i lift my bike up from the seat tube the rear swing arm i believe, seems to have a bit of play in it. Im thinking it could be my bearings or i have a lack of air in my shock. This has happend after i unpacked my bike from a trip. Is it possible that something happened during the flight to my shock which is a 5th Element?

Check the shock eyelet bushings, there is a good chance they are worn.

Yup, what he said. 9 x outta 10 it's the shock bushings that produce the play you describe.

check the bolts first, and make sure they're tight.
