Evil with Marzocchi 66 VF

Has anyone tried to run one of these forks on a EVIL Imperial? Or any 7" fork? I did read the thread about hard tails and long travel forks, but am wondering about this exact setup.

I rode my Imperial with a Sherman breakout + (170mm). Worked just fine.. Not a great head angle for street, but sweet for faster stuff.

If you want to go with manitou I would recomend an older breakout with TPC+ and 150mm for it though, the SPV often breaks down. Or perhaps a firefly+

If I were to build it up again I´d choose a fox 36 talas...

edit: regarding the 66, the 150mm would be best I think, you need the axle to crown measurements on all the forks if you want to be shure... 66 + Imperial sounds bombproof.
