where the hell can you find specs for giant frames?? I've checked up and down their website and unless I'm blind they're not there. If you happen to know where I could get specs please help a brotha out, or if these fuggers are unavailable does anyone have the bb specs for an 04 AC1?

i have 2 sources for info, one speaks little english (if you watch deadwood, he and i are similar to woo drawing pictures to swearengen) and the other shop has nitwits working there, who tend to seriously bring me to the point of utter rage the majority of the time.. sample conversation: "I need to have a wheel dished, assuming i dont have to have spokes replaced, about how much am I lookin at?" lbs: "dished.. do you mean trued??"

Well, these are the specs for the bike:

Unfortunately, they don't list the BB size. Do you have a Giant AC1 and you're looking to upgrade the bottom bracket? Because you can just measure the bottom bracket width, it'll be either 68 or 73mm, and the spindle length is probably either 113mm or 118mm.

You don't even need to pull it out. What you want to measure is the bottom bracket shell itself.

But yeah, your old BB will have the size on it anyhow :). The only problem might be if it's one of the Raceface bottom brackets that fits both sizes, in which case it will say something like 68/73x113... and then you'll have to measure your BB shell.

If you are getting x-type cranks your bb width is un-important. They fit either 68 or 73 shells. Your shell is a 73, btw
