I have been there and can attest for just how magical and well-thoughout the entire project is. Short of a predetermined decision on the outcome of this place by the city, I don't forsee any geologists giving the thumbs-down to the bikers, and thumbs-up to the dozers. If that does happen though, it will be a HUGE loss.
