Looking for a complete bmx-style hardtail

i want a really solid but light hardtail with like bmx-style axles (not quick release, i am not too educated in wheel terminology) and singlespeed. it's for like park and dirt jump riding. i'd like to find a complete bike, but if there's a cheap way to build one up that'd be cool too. (i want a new, not used bike btw) any suggestions?

Give a look at Atomlab Trailpimp frameset. It's everything you want. Cromo, horizontal drop-out, lightweight, BMX-like geo, SS compatible, etc...

I ride the cheap version of that frame Atomlab General Issue (straight tube instead of triple buttering).

Pashly bikes in the UK make a frame set called 24Mhz. it's for 24inch wheels and rides great at BSX races . Very short snappy action, almost point and click. great for pumping a rythem section, and it made of steel. It has a very good setup for trials too . I've riden one with ridged forks and Z1's on, it handles both very well.

Handling is sweet in tight singletrack , as it has a long top tube with very short rear triangle . simple welds and tubing.
