Everyone's welcome to build themselves the custom bike they want- far be it from me to tell someone they *can't* ride what they want to ride- but I sure as hell wouldn't recommend that bike to *my* 5'4" wife (or anyone that height for that matter).

Although my wife keeps asking for a cruiser/townie, so she might like the super-high bars and short stem on that Walt...

I saw that bike last weekend and the owner loves it. The only issue she had was not with the frame but the wheel size...when dismounting she swings her leg over the back and her foot will catch on the tire.....
I never had that problem!
