sherman flick problem....help!

whenever i pop off something or j-hop, my stacions come up and hit the top of the lowers creating this ping noise... i have never had a problem with this before:mumble:

i messed with all the adjustments and they didnt change anything...

i need some advice. :help:

Very good pictoral instructions for a complete tear down / rebuild of a sherman flick. It might help you figure out your problem.

I spoke with Manitou's tech support twice and found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. An o-ring in my fork had gotten crushed and fell apart so when I pulled the fork apart and re-assembled it, I never knew it was missing. The tech was knowledgable, quickly pinpointed my problem and offered a couple suggestions.

Might be worth a phone call to them.
