Why does marzocchi always screw something up. I order 06 888 rc2x and it took two weeks to get the shop. When it got to the shop the lowers where bent since they shipped it without the axle in the fork. Now I have to send the fork back and I was told it’s going to take a month to get new lowers. Why is it going to take so long to get new lowers? and why does there customer service sucks so much? I just don’t get it they really have treated me like crap. does this happen to everyone else? or I’m I just talking to the wrong people.
I've had good service with them. I wouldn't buy nissan again though.

why can't it get warrantied?
(is that even a word?)
Are you sure Marzocchi is @ fault and not your LBS ? Gotta wonder...

I've always had great experiences with Marz. I like 'em good.

They got me new lowers and a full works rebuild within a week in February. I love them.

Nothing but good things to say about there customer service with my 66 rc2x as well. I got one of the first batch with bad castings on the lowers and I contacted Marzocchi Canada and had the fork back in a week. :thumb:
