Stunts in Fairview, NC?

I heard a rumor that there are some NS stunts somewhere in Fairview, right outside of Asheville. Does anyone know about this?

Well my son and I were watching the freeride fest at the Mountain Sports Festival today and one of the staff mentioned that somebody built some stunts on their private land.
