You might remember a lil while back I was asking about ways to reduce the weight of my new Jeffson Cromolly Hardtail.

I have since swapped the wheels, cassette, chain and tyres and the bike feels considerably lighter already and a good weight at that (though I am still yet to weigh it). I will be getting carbon bars and seatpost at some stage but am not in a hurry and am quite happy with it at the moment.
