I have a friend who welded one on the back, Der Politza saw it, sited it as probable cause to search the truck for "intoxicants." He landed a five year charge for that one...

Thanks for the tip, I never drink & drive (or have open containers in the truck cab) so I'm not too concerned about that. Besides, the mis-matched sticker-laden camper shell with huge rack on top is already a plead for the po-po to pull me over.

What did your friend have in vehicle, herb?

Two pounds of meth in a speaker box...

Not the brightest kid, but none the less, if it wasn't for that opener, it would have been a lot harder to get PC on him.
