well if you have enough room in your chainstays it wa as simple as building wheels and buting on a fork and a shorter travel rear shock
to lower the bike you just raised with the wheels.

it would be way to high with the normal dh bike travel.

i am thinking you can do with less anyway. make for a quicker
bike.

Damn! That thing looks awesome!!!!!

Big wheels should soak up the hits easily.

Bring on the pics - and how do you prevent the rear wheel from hitting the seat post area?

So you took your old Inedible and turned it into a 29'er? Sounds cool, don't take it apart untill I get home, I want to ride it around. I'll call you when I come home for the summer. I need a job, are you willing to hire? :)

MR dirtie' made it.

i have had it for 6 years. and still is going strong, lol

it has a 3/8 steerer wall with 3 pinch bolts. i use it on my

DJ bike so when i ghost it it will not turn my bars.

pics to come. i need to drill another shock location.

first one was to low and at 6'' my tire hit the seatube.

Those bigger wheels should flow over the course nicely.

And some of the new tires coming out should also help.

I'm thinking of the new Kenda and perhaps the new Panaracer tires in the pipeline.

second still to low.
and i am out of room to drill another.

the BB is already at 14.5 to high for 6''.

even if i had room for another shock position
my bb would be way high and i would not get
a proper feel to determine how good 29's corner.

i may sacrifice it on my roof later.

look for the flames.

So.... it won't work with your old frame then?

Or are you going to make a new one that will work?
