hadley: i used 3 saison on dhi never had a problem but i now friends they hafe problems with the freewheel.
the gügi i used one saison on 9.5 never a problem now i used that on dhr no problem,
but i heart from some swiss racer's the the axle broked on the hügi.
you see all things can hafe problems.
but both are good hub's!!
my favorite is the hügi: swiss quality and i live near...
if you leave in the usa the hadley maybe cheaper. in europe the hügi is cheaper
edit:
for Hügi:

i'm looking at getting a wheelset with 721's on Hadleys front and rear
and running XT 8" six bolt rotors with my Saint brakes
or a wheelset with hugi FR centrelock hubs with FR6.1's (probably 721's in the future) and running Saint 8" centrelock rotors
I have the choice of either of those for the same price
so it comes down to the hubs for me to decide
Hadley's
been running the same wheels on my racelink for over 2years now. easy maintance. but DT is pretty easy aswell. i'm unsure of the DT rims so far. i'm sticking with mavic again this year on a slightly lighter build. the 108 hadley has abetter engagement though.
definitely tough call. i have 6 hadley rear hubs on my bikes and back up wheels. can change the inner axle to swap between all of them.

Isn't Hadley made in the U.S.A.? That should settle the debate.

cant got wrong with either one. on my DHR currently i have a 12x135 hadley rear and a 20mm dt swiss/hugi onyx fr front. both kick ass.
true but DT is SWISS made and you can't go wrong there either..

I've owned both, but haven't had enough time on my hadley to form a long term opinion. So far it's a super nice hub, the engagement and quality is amazing. I had great luck with my DT swiss that I ran for 2 seasons. It finally went to hell after the second season, and DT swiss hooked me up with all the replacement parts I needed, free of charge, and I had it in 3 days. The customer service was killer, and the quality of their hubs are equally amazing! Honestly, I dont think you'll hate either hub :)

Customer service from DT Swiss is superb.
Hadley.......they charge through the nose and always seemed to be backed up.
i've always had really good luck with Hadley customer service.
the owners Sue and Mike are always VERY helpful.

........and you pay through the nose for it......of course they will be nice.....
DT Swiss has serviced my hubs several times without asking for one dime.......they just sent me parts for hubs that are 5 years old and it cost me next to nothing.

I had a Hadley and it performed flawlessly. Based on my informal experience, DT hubs seem to have a slightly higher rate of failures, but their CS is so good, nobody seems to mind. They don't ask many questions, just send out replacements without charge.

Hadley Rear, Dt Swiss front. Mad combo (damn preety).
I run a DT Swiss Hugi on the rear and it rules!
A hadley is a hadley though and sounds uber nice. As long as you keep the bearings and internals maintened any quality hub should survive.

I'd go hadley if I could actually buy the hub I need... It's not like I bought the Hugi wrench set... it's not like the Hadley wrench set works with on the Hugi... (I'm guessing)... I've owned two sets of Hadleys and havn't needed to replace them for wear and tear... every onther hub I've owned I've broke.

I ran a pair of Hugi FR's for a year and they were butter! Great hubs and I would totally buy another pair if I need new hubs.
I've only had bad experiences on Hadleys (constant need for maintenance/adjustment), so my vote would go to the Hugi.
