I love grits, but they're hard to come by (properly) out here. Granted, I got spoiled when I lived in NC.

if you don't know what sugars, proteins, iron, carbs or fats are, then you need to read a book.

Grits are like rice, they have no real flavor, but they fill you up and keep you moving. Add a few other ingredients and shazam they tast great!
