I have a SC Nomad with a DHX 5.0 Air. I've followed the guidelines by SC on the setup. I'm 175 and ride a Large frame.
What is everyone else setting their DHX Airs at? Are you going with more or less air than the recommendations? It feels okay, but on faster edge rate hits it doesn't want to give as much (pinch flatting more).

it really depends on the leverage ratio of your frame,
i've had one on my orange 223 for some time, and could not stop it bottoming "and wallowing" out with the propper sag.
i was told "by mojo"to put some heavy grease in my air chamber like some pedros or whatever, to decrease the volume in the air chamber pretty much like non ext. bottom out adjust.
this worked well and now i can use even 40% sag with no wollowing it really improved the performance of the shock because before the grease, the back end just blew through travel when pedaling and bumps even with the settings cranked, and to think this all started with me fixing my own stuck down shock.

Try lowering the air pressure in the boost valve. Start with 10 psi less and go from there. If it still feels harsh reduce by another 10 psi. It it starts to feel soggy on the climbs, crank the propedal up a few clicks. Never go below 75 psi
This is assuming you've set the initial sag correctly.
