Frank’s trail was one of the most fun places to ride I have ever been.
The house is going up for sale so the trails had to go.
It was all on 4 acres and had a 15 foot high bridge to tree branch drop and some cool jumps too.

I have 4 acres to do that on, and I have considered it, but my house is also sold and everything is getting developed after the summer, so I don't know if I want to go through the trouble.

no, man, leave that stuff up. what if the new home owner don't mind, (don't know,) or rides? at least have it be an option.
