Pho Love

Who loves Pho? I just had a huge bowl of the stuff, deep, dark and flavorful, packed with rice noodles, brisket, rare beef, beef ball, sprouts, onions, cilantro, sriracha....oh man it was good. Looked kinda like this only bigger:

It's pho king delicious! Another pho house that I frequent opens at 9am so I'll often hit up that place for a breakfast of pho on weekends. While I'm at it, I'll give a shout out to Than Brothers in Seattle - I miss the pre-pho cream puffs there! :) :drool:

My mom-in-law (as is my wife) is Viet. Her Pho is awesome. I hope she makes some for Sunday after church lunch. Vietnamese food kicks buttocks!

also love me some pho. while new york has some pretty good places for it, Seattle is still the place I've had the best. Great poor mans food, but I skip the tendons and cartilage.
