Stupid Question..... Please Help!!!!

Nah, That'll be good for you. There is a very subtle difference in geometry between a 100% dedicated street BMX and a 100% dedicated jumping BMX, but its very very minor.

Edit: I note that frame has cassette guard shapped drop-outs, so it's not 100% DJ either, there is some street/park influence in there.

For street just throw some pegs on one side and you're good. You may want a front brake, but many people prefer not to run one.

Yeah, you'll be fine. I knew a guy that threw down on a Lavin riding street and park, but also tore it up on DJs. Those things are super versatile, they're awesome bikes.
