The Transition Vagrant Frame is almost done. Just a few more things to tie up. Need to add shifter cables/housing. Finish the stem height and cut the steerer. This is using my back-up wheelset until my 26" wheels come in.

This is my Light FR and Heavy XC bike. Build Specs:

Transition Vagrant - Medium
Fox Van 36 RC2
DeeTracks Wheels (on the way)
Hone Cranks/bb - 32/22
El Caminos - 8"
Holzfeller Stem and Bar
Azonic Post and seat
Old school Sram shifters with 8 speed 11-28 cassette
Shimano 105 Rear Derailler
Sram front derailler

Can't tell the weight yet as the wheels now are tanks.

Just noticed that the pics suck...

LOL. Actually I am waiting for my wheelset to come in. I finished the shifter cables last night and need to rebleed the rear brake after cutting to the proper length. Finishing the steerer cut tonight and taking out a few links in the chain.

All in all it is done, but I want to wait for my wheelset to come in so I can install the new rotors on them and break in the brakes to the rotors.

Currently the wheelset on there has 24" x 2.6" Gazzilodi

that's not bad, but seriously dude, take some links out of your chain. You'll get much better shifting. You're not running a triple ring set up with a 11-34 cassette in the back, so you could probably take at least 5 links out and be good to go. set your chain up so you have it in your big chainring and your biggest cog. Take out as many links as needed to get the der. cage to be pulled snug. have any questions? take it to your LBS and ask them, or ask me, I could help too.

^^ That is why it is 90% done - because I still have more to finish! I had just thrown on the wheels when I took the pic. But thank you for noticing that the bike had no cables yet and I had not finished the chainline work.

I actually finished the bike last night - with a reduced chain length - so it is good to go. Will be on the maiden voyage this coming weekend...
