Nope, only to seikhs who complain and whine that they should get special treatment to the supreme courts. The courts are then too afraid of being called racist if they don't bow to the demands. The ruling actually mentioned the religion specifically, as well as the name of the "ceremonial dagger".

It's a steel bladed dagger and he is being allowed to carry it in school. Many schools have metal detectors to keep kids from carrying in knives - yet this guy would essentially get a special pass. WTF?

What religion would that be then? I suppose if you can convince a judge there's a tradition of this in your religion it would be fine. From the article it sounds as if this dagger is preety inaccessible. Sounds like a fair compromise to me.
