Scored some huge Mexican prawns for din din last night. Sauteed in beer, olive oil, pepper and garlic and eaten with some crusty bread. Best meal of the year!

I loves me some shrimps. A while back for a party I marinated some in rum, pineapple juice, sugar, jalapeno and garlic, then grilled 'em up quick. They disappeared instantly.
