55 south get of on victoria - go right - down for about a few miles till you get to BROOKHURST- in hunington beach CA - park in the carls JR REAR PARKING LOT and head back over the creek and throught the SECOND gate opening http://maps.google.com/?ll=33.64835,-117.947888&spn=0.008092,0.014634&t=h
see the jumps in the middle - and see the street - im sure you can find your way from that

If the city, deems the dirt jumps a city park then I would think they are legal.
