Nothing wrong with a good lager..... A good lager, not that crap large american breweries try to pass off as lager.
But I just match the beer to what ever it is I'm doing/eating.... hot weather I go for Lagers/pilsners... maybe an India pale ale.
The closer to winter the darker the beers get till midwinter at the ski lodge and I'm onto the Dopplebock! :love:

Skullsplitter is pretty good, although I found it has kind of a weird aftertaste that I didn't really dig.
