i FINALLY ordered some of the sustained energy and another bottle of hammer gel. i'll let y'all know what i think of it. the mix looks pretty nice, there's not flavoring so you can mix as many scoops as you want to so you can make a really concentrated mix for long rides or a thin mix for short, whatever you want to.

www.hammernutrition.com there you go ton, it's the best damn gel out on the market, period the end!!! i just got my shipment today and i'm gonna try out the sustained energy tomorrow and for the next month or two and see how it turns out.

so far the only thing i can tell from the drink mix is it keeps me pretty damn well hydrated and that it takes a couple of bottles to get used to the "no flavor" concept. for the price and their "if you don't like it send it back and we'll give you a full refund" is definatly worth spending the money on this product. only 14.95 + shippin n handling.
