From what I understand, this is a policy, not a law. so what if a sponsor has the MS 150 broken up into 6 age groups each in male and female. My point is, there's a loop-hole for everything. What is the state patrol going to do? Give you a ticket? What C.R.S. (Colorado Revised Statute) will it violate? If there's no law against it, then it will be thrown out of court.

The Denver post ran an article about the 1-year lift on the policy. The Lance Armstrogn foundation may consider pulling out of Colorado due to this. What the F()* are we doing to ourselves?
