alright so i am hearing things about upgrading jr t inserts, and i have the rebound ones, so i know that this is possible. However i have heard that there are also compresion inserts for this fork. Does anybody know the answer.

yes you would have to buy HSCV carts for both legs...now a days it's just cheaper to find a Super T on blowout...there are many places on line that have them...D
