How do you start your own section in the Members Gallery (for pics)?

I didn't see any area in there that would let you do this......although I'm sure that I'm missing the painfully obvious :rolleyes: I do that knida stuff more often than I would like to admit.......

The photo gallery is broke yo'. Has been for some time now. My guess is that there are bigger problems that need attention before it.
