If I knew it was going to education, I would've voted for it (like all the 3A proposals). But without a plan, I'm extremely hesitant.

YEah, they're dumb by our government misusing money we've already had taken from us defined as "taxes", now they want more money from us so they can misuse it further and our kids will become even dumber.

All kidding aside, we have been hoodwinked by the good ol government on this C & D thing. The citizen always loses when the government is multi-layered and the officials are not immediately accountable.
