Kool-Stop Avid Disc?

Anyone used these.......Are they better or worse than avid pads? Looking for opinions folks so talk up! :thumb:

I used them a couple years ago with some 165mm Avid mechs and thought they provided better modulation than the stock pads. I can't remember which compound of the stock Avid pad I had though.

The Kool Stops are also the best pads for use with our aluminum rotors but the rotors have a different feel anyway and I run the KS pads with Marta brakes now.

keep yer kool stops and bring on the sintered mteal avid pads.
kool stops suck
