The rebound damping only kicks in when knob is almost all the way turned clockwise. There seeme to be no happy medium between no damping and too much. Any tips? Oil level? Cartidge shot? BTW the ETA works.

Open the topcap and make sure that the damper rod is screwed ALL the way into the topcap, and that the locknut is snug (but not tight).

Over the weekend I added 5cc fork oil to the rebound leg. It seems to work a little better, but I haven't actually ridden that bike since.
