Hey,
Are the new Marzocchi Z.1s adjustable down to 100mm of travel like the older ones? I was hoping to fit a regular QR Z.1 on my singlespeed and lower the travel to 100mm. I know the All Mountain forks are adjustable from 110 to 130mm, but I don't want/need all the features the series offers.
Thanks.

You haven't been able to since 2001 models.

With a little changing of springs, I am pretty sure you can get the new Z1 Sport down to 100mm...

Is there a way to lower a 05 z1 fr1 down to around 100 or 130 area?

You can get the 05 down to 130 with a different ETA cartridge and main springs....

Here is what you would need....
2x 130mm rebound cartridges from an 04 Z1 FR
1X 130mm spring set for a non-ETA fork
other small parts such as an adjustment knob, ect...
So, it can be done, but it won't be cheap....
