Hey can you guys see to make sure my components fit properly and are compatible lol. I want my bike light so some of the parts are carbon fibre.
* = original stock products

Giant Faith 1 2005 Frame only 16" mayb 17"
*Marzocchi 66rc 7"
*Fox DHX 5.0 Coil

Front Derailleur: SRAM X GEN
Rear Derailleur: SRAM X GEN
Shifter: SRAM X.0
Cassette: Shimano Deore XT (Saint CS)
*Cranks: Race Face Diabolus DH
*Pedals: Easton Flatboy (or any other suggestions)
Stem: FSA DH-300
*Headset: FSA Pig DH Pro
Brakes: Hope Mono 6ti 8"
Levers: Hope Mini
Saddle: Laser WTB V
Seatpost: FSA K-force light (carbon fibre)
*Rims: Mavic Ex729 36H
*Hubs: Formula Thru Axle Disc Front + Rear 36h (or other sug.)
*Tires: Kenda Nevegal 2.5" x 26
*Spokes: DT Comp 14/15G Butted
Handlebars: FSA K-Force DH (carbon fibre)

You'll need to get a Saint Compatible Axle for whatever hub you end up with. Problem Solvers make's one. Any Shop can order it through QBP.

Why the composite seatpost? Just run a normal alloy one...

All that saint... It it was my bike I would go SRAM for sure. In fact, you may need to because of your brakes. Make sure you get the '06 66rc2x It will be worth it for sure. ETA, lighter, annd the right hieght for your faith. By DHX 4.0 you really mean 5.0 right? Instead of carbon parts you should shell out for Mavic DeeMax and get tubless tires. Cutting down on your rotating weight makes way more differnece than cutting down on overall bike weight. Faith + tubless + 66 + Hope 6ti = sick!

probably the new SRAM X.0 series. with the trigger shifter.
(its pretty nice, i saw it in Mountain Bike Action Magazine)
im thinking about the tubeless tire
ive always used tube, always had this unnerving feelin that tubeless has a greater chance of blowing on you.
Stan's Sealant if i do go for tubeless

get holzfeller cranks (with a nice BB) and you'll be saving another 400grams

a blue groove front/nevegal rear is a killer combo, alot better than straight nevegals fr/rr

I've been running tubless for almost a year, I had a tire go flat once, but it was way under inflated and was a sigle ply Continental Vertical Pro, very light. Now I use Maxxis Minion tubeless. I was at whistler for a week, dailed in my tire pressure on sunday, rode the whole week without even adjusting the air volume once. Stans is pimp. I was running about 25 psi

do those tubeless have strong side walls,
is it a good thing to have strong sidewalls
cuz at the moment im runnin WTB and they have weak sidewalls
i hit the curb and sliced the tube

Dont forget the faith has a 150 rear end on it and the bb is a 83mm shell

what the hell, i just found out deemax MSRP is $990US
probably like 500 ish now.

would i get the 12x150 or the deemax UST
