Here is a few old pics of freeriding in 2000. The pic on the left was taken in Fernie on Big Trouble Small Chainring. The pic on the right was in Missoula Montana. I was riding a 2000 Big Hit. Things sure have changed. The pic on the right was a 6ft long 2x4 on a big stump in the bushes. It was crazy skinny. You could get some decent air though.
hahah nice
i liked those days, when you look to back then to what youre doing now and its considered small, back then it would have been crazy
plus howmuch the equipment has stepped up now too
i was riding a diamond back V10, with Z1s and xtr vs

I ran tioga 2.3 DHs, Junior T and a Stratos in the rear. I was getting about 5 feet off the ground in the pic on the right. It was pretty fun.
the fender is so old school!!!!!
there should be a sticky thread for all Old School riding pics.....

I use to run a THE fender all the time. When I finally decided not to run a fender it was sort or weird.
