I posted this on mtbr after doing mine up. I have to give big thanks and a footnote to Leethal and Kidwoo who helped with both instruction and "encouragement" during the process. I lowered mine to 80mm but the process is the same, just the length of pipe you use is different. Also, I mentioned using hose washers...DON'T. One big hit and they slip over the top out spring and you have to tear the fork down again. I learned this and switched to using a spacer from a bmx bb.
