Pale Ale drinkers, what are you drinking? Here's a little something I picked up at the Franconia Notch (http://www.4front.com/brewery/main.html) brewery. Pretty tasty. Lets here about some others...........

You can never have too much hot sauce. Frank's is $8 a gallon at BJ Wholesale, and necessary to make buffalo wings / tenders correctly.

Pale ales are the best. I had a beer tasting a couple weeks ago. We sampled 11 beers, most were ales and several were ipa's. Breckenridge Brewery's IPA471 Small Batch is sooooooo good.!

Mmmm.......... pale ale.
I think my favorite straight pale (not IPA) is probably Flying Dog Doggie Style ale. :thumb:

Two of my local favorites are Sweetwater 420 Extra Pale Ale and Terrapin Rye Pale Ale.
Almost time for a few beer festivals...

I've been drinking Blue Heron pale, from Mendocino Brewing.
Pretty nice stuff.
Seasons are changing......
Last night my family & I were sitting on the beach, and it was getting pretty cool out... cold weather got me thinking of porters, and I almost made my wife stop for a 6 of Sierra porter on the way home. Got home, opened the fridge looking for anything even close to a full-bodied porter - mostly white ale . I love the stuff, but now I'm thinking porters.....
I'm sure that hot weather will have me back in the mood for lighter fare.
