I just got an '05 marzocchi all mountain a3 130mm fork. I've ridden on it about 3 or 4 times, and before every ride I have to recharge the right chamber. It only seems to lose air when I ride, not just from sitting. Help please.

Make sure the valve guts are tight. I have seen a few shipped loose enough to lose air.

we checked nipple tightness on the air connection, but how do I check valve gut tightness?
I don't see how "breaking in" can stop it from leaking

Is it a Dopio air, or similar system? Does air seem to be leaking form the + chamber into the neg chamber? I had one that was doing this. It turns out that one of the chambers had no oil in it. The seal was overheating/failing/causing the loss of air. Pissed me off b/c I assumed that the cart was bad. Never thought that someone would have f'ed up the assembly.
