Diamondback ad in decline

There's a DB ad in my latest Decline. Appears to have be taken under I-5/I-90, near the Columbian Way exit. Who's the rider? I didn't recognize him. It wasn't an Eakin was it?

Does someone know of stuff under the columbia way exit? Or is it just urban. Thats about 12 blocks from my house.

we used to ride under there, but its more urbanish or ride your rail..that would be ok...bring a shovel to, it may need some work. there is alot of potential

what he's jumping is cement I believe. good luck using a shovel on it....:)
