ya, jazz is amazing. We dont all listen to the bull**** rap-rock that they put in all the video's. If my crew ever makes a video, it will be to some proper music.

I'm a serious jazz player (sax and flute, but classical flute is my main gig and my planned college major) and huge fan, of course.
I'm thinking I might go check out Terence Blanchard; Jazz Alley sure has some awesome shows coming this fall.

terence blanchard is probably my favorite jazz trumpet player. he's got chops and plays very thoughtful solos. :thumb: i'll be there at the jazz alley, not sure of the day yet...
oh yeah, music-type people, come see nw mahler festival do mahler 2: tuesday, 8 pm, meany hall (uw campus). i'll be there, playing 2nd (trumpet) in the barber, 6th onstage/3rd off stage in the mahler.

I can enjoy anything aside from new country, top-40 and thugsta-rap. It's good to know that there are others out there that are in touch with more than one or two styles of music.:cool:
