Is BV open for regular riding that weekend too? Or just racing?

If you've paid and registered to race you may ride to your hearts content, but you must have a #plate to get on the lift. Todd

Todd,
Cannot wait for the race. What are the curent conditions like up there? At the 1st freeride weekend the conditions were absolutely perfect, we can only hope for as nice of weather!
Are you racing/camping?

I'm glad to see that BV is doing a race, it's good to see a revitalization of DH in the northern mountains. I wish I could make it, I got a lot of family and friends in the area. But alas, too many races so far this year so I need to spend some qt with the lady. Totally bummed...Make sure to take some pics and if there is could be any video, that would just be groovy.

Just wanted to revive this thread from the dead to say that the race went off well and I think everyone had a good time. I was mostly just happy it didn't rain (much).
The timing seemed a bit ghetto and some people complained but I guess I'm used to going to mostly collegiate races, which must be known as the ghetto-est races on the planet.
The course was fast and fun. Nothing too hard or tech but not so easy it was boring. Some spots you could really fly on. And it was definitely a workout. Top pro time was in the 3:40 range. I was happy with my 4:20-something and the free tire it got me. I also enjoyed riding for a few hours after the race.
Thanks to the BV guys!

Are the full results posted anywhere? How about another race in August?
