Baklava

I've made it before, but recently made a batch for a cookout on the 4th of July
(I had to bring a dessert), the stuff is a great post-ride snack.

I found a recipe on the net, pretty easy to make, don't be scared of the phyllo dough drying, just work quick.

It is oh so yummy.

Confirmed it this morning, I'm pretty sure that it is good pre-, during, post- ride.

Gonna have to make another batch soon.
