hub question?

i just finished repacking my hubs and was wondering how tight the bolts (the one that snugs up against the bearings and the lock nut) should be....

Tight enough to where the "cassette body thing" spins around by hand without feeling "too tight"

I've noticed that some hubs are best adjusted on the bike. My Ksyriums, when adjusted properly off bike, didn't spine worth a crap after clamping it in the fork. Plus, if it's freepack, you can use the leverage of the frame and the wheel itself to feel for play when you adjust the cones.
