looks like good rub....i woulda swapped thyme for the rosemary, but just to be sure it's delicious, you better make some for me next weekend. :sneaky:

I love rosemary, I use dry rosemary in the rub itself, then place a few sprigs of rosemary here & there in the meat itself. It came out real good:thumb:
