So I just received a new set of GRC levers that I wann athrow on my Mags (circa 2000). I need to make sure I have the right parts numbers for the new pivots. Can anyone confirm that these are in fact the right parts before I order them?

From BTI's website:

Upgraded Lever Pivot (from pressed-in pin to allen bolt) - Hayes# 98-20401 (BTI# HY8562)

Adjustable Reach Bushing - Hayes# 11-14987 (BTI# HY8573)

Thanks. I'd like to get the correct parts order the first time.

Those parts look ok. It's a godsend to have Hayes finally make something that works instead of that stupid pressed in pin/bushing deal. Just make sure everything says MAG and not HFX-9 and you'll be ok.

I bought some GRC's (the moto long) maybe 2-3 months ago. They work awsome and are well worth the money. You should email OR PM Sully on the boards here as he's extremely helpfull on getting them to you and assisting you in any way. GRC is like a one man operation (well I've only talked to one man :) ) so you gotta go from there. Their levers though are top notch, feel great, help in stopping power etc... Worth every penny...

All I can say is have fun getting those press-in pins out, it took me a couple hours and was a pain-in-the-arse. I tried using a clamp to press them out but a hammer, punch and a block of wood with a hole in it worked the best in the end.
